HelloFresh is seeking an Engineering Manager for Logistics Tech, leading seven engineers across two geographies. You’ll own people and delivery, while contributing code and shaping strategy with staff engineers and product managers.

The role emphasizes project-based staffing, AI-enabled workflows, and maintaining high-quality, reliable systems across the delivery network. You will hire, onboard, and nurture team skills as projects shift, while promoting best practices like behaviour-driven

Qualificações

• 2+ years leading mid-to-senior engineers in agile
• 6+ years total engineering experience
• Comfort guiding projects as teams reform around deliverables
• Backend-leaning with Kubernetes, Kafka, databases, CI/CD and BDD/TDD

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of mid-to-senior engineers; set expectations and provide growth feedback
• Own people development and hands-on contribution to code
• Raise the team's AI bar and integrate AI workflows
• Staff projects with PMs to balance workload and growth
• Ensure delivery health with realistic plans and quality
• Hire and onboard to balance team skills
• Champion engineering practices like BDD/TDD
• Shape tribe culture in a flat, collaborative setup
