Job summary

Lattice is seeking a senior leader to steer the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across performance management, engagement surveys, and goal setting, to deliver reliable, scalable products.

You will coach engineering leaders, partner with Product and Design to define strategy and roadmaps, represent the company to customers, and shape processes that enable fast, high-quality delivery at scale for a global, remote-friendly workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, including leading multiple teams and layers of leadership.
• Experience investing across a portfolio of products and making tradeoffs under constrained resources.
• Record of shipping high-quality, scalable products with reliability and trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Engineering organization across 50+ engineers and managers.
• Coach engineering managers and senior leaders; raise leadership, execution, and health standards.
• Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for customers globally while enabling rapid product development.
• Partner with Product and Design to define strategy and roadmap.
• Represent Lattice in conversations with key prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with broader Engineering leadership to shape department strategy and goals.
• Scale systems, processes, and practices to enable multiple teams to plan, deliver, and learn.
