Job summary

Lattice is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the MCP server and AI ecosystem integrations, enabling interoperability across the tools customers use daily. You’ll shape platform strategy and partner with internal and external teams to deliver high-impact connectors.

You’ll work with engineering to design scalable integration foundations, drive GTM with partnerships, and own outcomes like adoption, reliability, and growth in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with integrations or ecosystem ownership.
• Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, OAuth.
• Proven track record shipping scalable integrations with engineering.
• Ability to turn platform/ecosystem into competitive advantage.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• Bias for action in a fast-moving space.
• Experience with AI ecosystems or HR/people-data workflows (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Own MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and prioritise features & integrations.
• Ship integrations and connectors expanding admin workflows.
• Build authentication and execution foundations for future integrations.
• Partner with Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infra.
• Drive go-to-market with Partnerships and Product Marketing.
• Own outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and growth.
