Job summary

Lattice is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the MCP and AI ecosystem, shaping integrations and APIs that connect Lattice data with AI tools and third-party platforms. You will partner with engineering to design scalable integration infrastructure and drive adoption across admin, manager, and executive users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of integrations/platform/ecosystem surfaces.
• Direct experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems—partnership strategy shaped what you built.
• Strong technical fluency: familiar with third‑party integration patterns, data sync, webhooks, and OAuth; able to discuss architecture with engineers/CTOs.
• Track record of shipping scalable integrations in partnership with engineering and enabling go-to-market launches.
• Evidence of turning a platform/ecosystem into a competitive advantage, beyond a checkbox.

Responsibilities

• Own MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and define what MCP/AI means for Lattice and customers.
• Ship integrations and connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data.
• Build foundations like authentication and scalable integration frameworks to speed future work.
• Be a technical thought partner to Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infra.
• Drive go-to-market with Partnerships and Product Marketing for integrations.
• Own outcomes and key results across integration adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
