Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior software engineer to own backend features, build APIs, and scale our AI GTM platform. You will shape data models and services to resolve customer problems and ensure reliability. You’ll work with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js, use TypeGraphQL with Apollo/Express, and leverage Postgres on RDS plus ClickHouse.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS, Postgres, and Node.js.
• Experience with TypeGraphQL, Apollo/Express, Postgres on RDS, and ClickHouse; React frontend.
• Strong communication with peers and engineers.
• Pragmatic, stable tooling choices over trendy tech.
• Customer problems drive system design.
