Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience incl. 4+ years in management.
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools, analysis and simulation.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to achieve project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
• Drive development and implementation of technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable standards and regulations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting continuous improvement.
