Qualifications

• 3+ years leading software eng teams in GTM, revenue, or growth systems.
• Experience with CRM, lead flow, routing, and billing workflows is a plus.
• Proven ability to own reliability and drive cross‑system projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Systems engineering team building lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, quote‑to‑cash, and lifecycle messaging.
• Evolve CRM/RevOps infra toward headless architecture for flexibility and safe live cutovers.
• Own reliability: on‑call, monitoring, incident response, and funnel instrumentation.
• Build a team that owns business outcomes and diagnose funnel‑level issues.
• Collaborate with GTM product leadership, sales, marketing, and RevOps.
