Job summary

Owner is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the systems that power growth for restaurants and other local businesses. You will supervise the infrastructure that finds owners, understands intent, and delivers the right message to move them into trials and ARR.

Collaborate across product, data, engineering, and GTM to ship the revenue engine. You will work at the intersection of CRM, modern tooling, and AI, building scalable architectures and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or GTM functions.
• Proven track record shipping software that made a difference for customers.
• Deep customer empathy and ability to uncover true needs through research.
• Strong data fluency combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure that powers growth: identify, route, nurture, convert and retain demand.
• Build and update billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs and RevOps integrations.
• Evolve Salesforce toward headless architecture for flexibility across teams.
• Enable AI-driven engagement across funnels and lifecycle messaging.
• Create a unified lead funnel spanning Growth, pages, and Sales workflows.
