DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full‑stack team spanning iOS, Android, web and backend, collaborating with product, strategy, operations, design, user research and analytics to deliver end‑to‑end Occasions experiences.

You will coach engineers, uphold high engineering standards, and scale the team by growing internal talent while partnering with cross‑functional peers in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across BE/Android/iOS/Web teams and product partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-stack team with iOS, Android, web, and backend engineers.
• Partner with product, strategy & operations, design, user research, and analytics to define roadmap and vision.
