• 7+ years of hands-on software development.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Expert proficiency in either Android or iOS development.
• Strong bias for action and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of building quality software while delivering customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain foundational components to enable DoorDash mobile engineers.
• Lead the development and strategy for ZeroKit to enable rapid prototyping.
• Manage and optimize the iOS and Android monorepos infrastructure.
• Champion data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to drive long-term architectural direction.
• Guide the team through ambiguity and balance best practices with innovation.
• Communicate trade-offs to executives and map technical strategy across teams.
• Drive alignment across teams and disciplines for high-impact initiatives.
