Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide and mentor a high-performing team of senior engineers building distributed systems for decentralized compute and storage.

You will drive the technical direction, remain hands-on with architecture and implementation of P2P networking, compute orchestration, and core platform services, and champion reliability, observability, and best practices across CI/CD, testing, incident response, and production readiness.
