Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide the Platform Services team building shared infrastructure and core services for a global, remote-first organization. You will stay hands-on with architecture, code, and systems while owning team outcomes and platform reliability.

You will lead roadmap planning, drive cost optimization, and hire and mentor engineers, setting high technical standards across the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Deep practical experience with Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Extensive work with GCP/AWS and distributed systems at scale.
• Data-driven prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
