Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Three years managerial experience required; Virginia PE desirable.
• Experience with heat exchangers/HVAC components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to ensure on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project/sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancement, and testing per market demands.
• Disposition RMAs promptly and effectively.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs adherence.
• Collaborate with Director of Engineering on policy changes and critical decisions.
