Job summary

MYR Energy Services is seeking an Engineering Manager (EPC) to lead engineering and procurement for electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects from bid to closeout.

You will coordinate with third-party engineers, manage design reviews, support procurement and construction, and ensure final as-built documentation is complete. A PE license and EPC leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading EPC projects in electrical transmission/substation.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare proposals for EPC electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Define and establish project scope for alignment with client and third party consultants.
• Manage and coordinate detailed design activities with engineering subcontractors and oversee related deliverables from bidding to as-builts.
• Coordinate project procurement activities with engineering subcontractors and Procurement Manager.
