Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation seeks an experienced Engineering Manager, EPC Services to lead engineering execution for EPC projects including substation, transmission, and energy storage initiatives. You will oversee engineers, consultants, and internal capability development, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering Services and requires strategic oversight of engineering performance, resource planning, and collaboration across PM,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum 10 years of related experience in engineering design and/or technical leadership in energy delivery/electric utility sectors.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership and develop Engineering Services personnel.
Oversee engineering workload, resource planning, and project assignments for EPC projects.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, quality expectations, and design review processes.
Manage consultant relationships and client engagement throughout project execution.
Support business development and staffing plans for Engineering Services.
