Job summary

New River Electrical seeks an experienced Engineering Manager, EPC Services to lead engineering execution for EPC projects, build internal capabilities, and ensure alignment with client needs, schedules, and safety standards.

The role oversees engineering activities from substation to energy infrastructure, mentors staff, manages consultants, and grows the internal team toward self-perform execution as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in engineering design and/or technical leadership within energy delivery/electric utility industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Engineering Services personnel and oversee workforce planning.
• Provide oversight for engineering activities supporting EPC projects across regions.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and design review processes.
• Monitor performance, quality, schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage external consultants, design partners, and client relationships throughout project execution.
