The Engineering Manager has accountability for engineering performance, resource utilization, consultant management, technical quality, and engineering support of EPC project execution.

The Engineering Manager, EPC Services provides leadership, oversight, and accountability for all engineering activities associated with EPC projects, including substation, transmission line, distribution, energy storage, and related power delivery infrastructure projects. The position serves as the primary engineering leader supporting EPC Project Management teams and is responsible for ensuring engineering deliverables align with client requirements, project schedules, construction/outage sequencing, safety expectations, quality standards, and financial objectives.

This role works closely with EPC Project Management, Construction Services, Procurement, Estimating, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to support successful project delivery and profitable growth.

A key measure of success for this position will be the ability to build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, establish scalable and repeatable engineering processes, strengthen relationships with clients and engineering partners, and develop internal capabilities that support New River Electrical's long-term EPC growth strategy.
