Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of industry experience with 5+ years in project management; direct EPC execution preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to mentor teams.
• Proven track record delivering substations and transmission projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, structure, and manage the EPC Project Management teams for the assigned region, including mentoring and supervising project managers.
• Provide supervisory and HR administrative duties for direct reports, including performance planning and expense approvals.
• Lead a culture of elite performance, continuous improvement, and safety-first mindset.
• Establish and administer the profit center’s budget and align plans with company priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of EPC projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Oversee bids, pricing, and contract negotiations in coordination with various departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cash flows, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and engineering to optimize project execution.
