Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Discovery Experience team, owning the Homepage—the first screen millions of consumers see daily. You will guide product and technical direction for the discovery surface, coordinating with Product, Design, Data Science, and ML partners to deliver personalized, fast experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive roadmap execution, and ensure reliability and user-centric design while scaling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience managing BE, Android, iOS, and Web engineering teams.
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional peers.
• Experience building scalable products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a product-focused full stack engineering team.
• Own product and technical direction for the discovery surface.
• Set roadmaps and drive execution with Product, Design, Data Science, and ML partners.
• Own quality, velocity, and consumer impact your team ships.
• Architect backend systems and APIs for fast, personalized Homepage across platforms.
