Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Product-minded approach to internal tools and developer experience.
• Experience building or operating scalable internal platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with exposure to DX metrics and delivery indicators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the developer experience team.
• Define and execute a developer experience strategy.
• Partner with engineering to understand pain points across the software lifecycle.
• Create and evolve golden paths to move teams faster with quality and security.
• Own and improve core productivity systems and internal tooling.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering workflows including AI-assisted development.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and measure impact on productivity.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, security, SRE, product, and data teams.
• Maintain a culture of customer empathy and continuous improvement.
• Represent developer experience priorities in planning and roadmaps.
