With over 5 years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, and a knack for leveraging AI-driven products, you will play a vital role in enhancing user experiences and engaging community-driven referrals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer growth or referral products.
• Proven experience designing and scaling referral programs and user advocacy systems.
• Deep understanding of growth loops and behavioral economics.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fetch’s referral growth engine.
• Own end-to-end referral lifecycle including onboarding and re-engagement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate strategy effectively.
