Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Director of Executive Operations to architect and run Fetch’s executive operating system, translating strategy into structured governance and execution across the leadership team.

You will partner with the COO to ensure metric integrity, decision velocity, and cross-functional alignment, building scalable systems for RoB, OKRs, and executive communications. This is a senior, impact-driven role in a fast-growing, distributed company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations, business operations, strategy, program leadership, or consulting in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling internal operating systems (OKRs, executive cadences, reporting infrastructure).
• Experience working closely with C-suite executives, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort owning business metrics, reporting, and performance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into structured, repeatable systems that drive execution.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable insights.
• High judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate as a trusted proxy to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Executive Operating System Ownership: Architect and run Fetch’s executive operating system and translate strategy into structured mechanisms for leadership alignment and execution.
• Business Performance Governance: Own the single source of truth for core metrics, ensuring accuracy, real-time visibility and accountability.
• Rhythm of Business and Leadership Cadence: Design leadership meetings, QBRs, and offsites with clear agendas and decision frameworks.
• OKR Architecture and Execution Alignment: Lead the design and implementation of Fetch’s OKR framework with tracking and reporting.
• Strategic Partnership to the COO: Synthesize cross-functional inputs into insights and drive accountability across senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Execution and Priority Workstreams: Maintain real-time visibility into priority initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Executive Communications and Decision Support: Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and materials for internal and external engagements.
