remote work is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the DWH Data Tools team, guiding architecture and development of data platforms including Superset, Jupyter Hub, and DataHub. The role blends people leadership with hands-on technical oversight across Python, Node.js, and Go stacks.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and ensure reliable, scalable tools while adapting to evolving business needs and priorities in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced settings, preferably fintech.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and partnership building.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage data tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and drive performance.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate visions into actionable designs.
