Qualifications

12+ years of data engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
5+ years of managing data engineering teams, mentoring engineers.
Strong hands-on SQL, Python, ELT pipelines, and modern data architectures.
Experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow, Astronomer, Dagster, dbt.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Data Engineering team with mentorship and direction.
Oversee design and delivery of scalable data platforms, ELT pipelines, and data integration.
Drive modernization across data architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Establish engineering standards, practices, and quality processes.
Lead data quality, validation, observability, profiling, and monitoring efforts.
Evaluate AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and automation.
Build and execute data roadmaps supporting customer needs and growth.
