CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in Woonsocket, RI. You will mentor, define roadmaps, and deliver scalable, cloud-centric software solutions in a hybrid work setting, partnering with product and architecture leaders.

You will oversee architectures and modernization efforts, advocate engineering excellence, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable software applications and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring/Spring Boot development.
• 5+ years of Agile software delivery experience.
• 3+ years of designing microservices and API-based architectures.
• 3+ years of experience with public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers to foster a high-performing culture.
• Define and execute engineering strategies, roadmaps, and technical solutions with senior leadership.
• Deliver scalable, reliable software while enforcing engineering best practices and quality standards.
