Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing and delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise technology capabilities.

You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions, while guiding major decisions and modernization efforts. This hybrid role requires in-office presence twice a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years in software engineering, full stack, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• 2 years of management or team leadership experience.
• Strong Agile, backlog, risk, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Fluency with cloud-native development, APIs, CI/CD, containers, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex services, integrations, cloud-native apps, and enterprise tech capabilities.
• Provide strategy, structure, talent, and execution discipline for secure, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and senior leadership to align priorities.
