Job summary

Stellarus seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering complex services, integrations, and cloud-native applications. You will ensure the group has strategy, structure, and execution discipline to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

This role partners across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and senior leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes in support of Stellarus' evolving technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• 7 years of software engineering, full stack development, platform engineering, or related tech.
• 2+ years of management/people leadership experience.
• Strong Agile delivery, backlog, risk, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency with cloud-native development, APIs, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, backend services, RESTful integrations, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, Platform, Architecture, vendor, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.
