The candidate will guide critical decisions, manage risks, and drive modernization while collaborating with Product, Architecture, Security, and senior leadership to meet evolving technology goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 additional years in lieu of a degree are acceptable.
• 7 years in software engineering, full stack development, platform engineering, or related tech.
• 2 years of prior management or team leadership experience.
• Strong Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Technical fluency in cloud-native development, APIs, CI/CD, version control, secure development, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams delivering complex services, integrations, and cloud-native apps.
• Guide major technical decisions and risk management.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, vendors and leadership to align priorities.
