Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 7 years of experience in software engineering, full stack development, platform engineering, technical delivery, infrastructure engineering, or related technology disciplines
• 2 years of prior management, team leadership, supervisor, project/program management, or equivalent people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, backlog management, technical scope management, risk management, prioritization, coaching, and delegation
• Technical fluency across cloud-native development, APIs, CI/CD, version control, secure development, system integrations, data models, and maintainable code
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, backend services, APIs, SQL and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful integrations, cloud platforms, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted coding tools preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, QA, Security, Platform, Architecture, vendor, and business teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience operating in regulated, healthcare, enterprise, or complex technology environments preferred

• Guide major technical decisions, resolve complex risks, and support modernization efforts across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, business, vendor, and senior leadership teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
