Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing and delivering complex services, cloud-native applications, and enterprise technology capabilities. This leader provides strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The role requires strong people and execution leadership with technical depth to guide major decisions, manage risks, and support modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 7 years in software engineering or related technology disciplines.
• 2 years in people leadership or equivalent management experience.
• Strong Agile, backlog, risk, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Technical fluency across cloud-native, APIs, CI/CD, and secure development.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks, backend services, databases, RESTful integrations, and IaC.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, Platform, and leadership teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience in regulated environments preferred.
