Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead a team delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise capabilities. You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong people leadership, deep technical depth, and the ability to drive architecture decisions, mitigate risks, and support modernization across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 7 years of software engineering or related tech experience.
• 2 years of prior management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team responsible for designing and delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise technology capabilities.
• Guide major architectural and technical decisions with depth to reduce risks and support modernization.
• Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and senior leadership to align priorities.
• Foster continuous learning and high-performing teams while delivering secure, scalable solutions.
