Regional Management Corp in Greer, SC is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the teams building loan application platforms, focusing on uptime, data integrity, and customer experience.

You'll partner with product management, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver cross-functional projects in the cloud, with on-call production support, SLOs, and disaster recovery planning.

Formación

• 12+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading teams or engineering groups.
• Hands-on experience supporting production applications, incident management, and on-call operations.
• Experience in loan origination, servicing, or payments platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the systems that support loan lifecycle applications, from intake to servicing and payments.
• Lead production support, including on-call rotation, incident response, and root cause fixes.
• Define platform reliability through SLOs, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning; manage change risk.
