Job summary

Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to own the architecture and delivery for a fintech product domain, leading 1–3 teams and driving secure, scalable cloud services.

You will mentor SDEs, collaborate with Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Security to deliver robust solutions while upholding data privacy and regulatory standards across our lending platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional software development with leadership experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, customer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural direction and delivery for product domain across 1–3 teams.
• Lead cloud-native, API-first, event-driven designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop and deploy microservices, APIs, and data pipelines with high reliability.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
