Job summary

Uplight, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to grow a high performing engineering team, leading 11 engineers across 2 squads to deliver customer-focused software for energy systems.

You will drive data-driven decisions (DORA metrics, delivery metrics, user feedback), coach staff, and influence the product and technical roadmap. You’ll work in a Databricks environment on AWS and help shape our long-term technical strategy, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

• Experience leading 2+ engineering teams and delivering software products.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive decisions using metrics and customer feedback.
