Job summary

You will mentor engineers, own architectural decisions, and partner with recruiting to build an inclusive, high-performing team in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated people management leading software engineers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the professional and technical development of a team of backend and mobile engineers.
• Set the overarching technical vision and architecture strategy for the product area.
• Co-own product strategy with Product partners to ensure high-quality, timely engineering solutions.
