Job summary

Lyft seeks a strategic Product Manager for the Driver team in a hybrid in-office role in San Francisco. You will drive high-quality driver experiences by leveraging data, research, and cross-functional collaboration to define product strategy and roadmap.

You will own metrics, partner with engineers, designers and data scientists, and deliver features that align with Lyft's commitment to quality, transparency and fairness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product design or equivalent consultant experience with significant time spent leading consumer facing products.
• Ability to make things happen: manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a structured way.
• Customer obsessed: strong user empathy and experience in discovery and development.
• Strong decision making: ability to influence across org lines and senior leadership while balancing user experience and marketplace needs.
• Strong communication: effective at messaging across teams, the company, users and audiences.
• Detail oriented: capable of balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand driver and business needs to set an ambitious product vision.
• Set team goals and success metrics aligned with Lyft's mission.
• Build a product roadmap and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers.
• Build alignment and collaborate with partner teams on shared goals and initiatives.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across audiences.
• Completely own products from ideation to launch, growth and maintenance.
