Siemens Software is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a multi-functional, agile team delivering the Prescriptive Selling Platform (PSP). You will bridge Product Management and Software Operations to align engineering with business goals, driving delivery of AI-ready features and a modern client UI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or equivalent.
5–10 years in software engineering and application development.
1–2+ years direct people management or team leadership.
Experience with enterprise software ecosystems and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional agile team of local and contractor developers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Design and re-architect critical internal systems.
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of software products.
