Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Senior/Principal Technical Product Manager to drive the One Software Engineering System (OSES) platform. You will lead strategic product direction, align with engineering needs, and elevate developer productivity across a global enterprise.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution with a focus on AI-powered tooling and scalable platform architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, focused on platform products and enterprise software.
• Proven ability to define and launch user-centric products with measurable business value.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering workflows, and platform architecture.
• Strong data-driven decision making with analytics, market research, and user feedback.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product management practices; AI experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Lovable and Builder.io.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategy for OSES platform components.
• Deeply understand engineering user needs and translate into features that drive adoption.
• Own and evolve the OSES roadmap with KPIs and data-driven prioritization.
• Lead platform integration and developer experience within OSES.
• Drive AI-driven capabilities to automate knowledge management and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design for cohesive delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across geographies, communicating strategy and impact.
