Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on product engineering team embedded with client engagements. You will own delivery excellence, drive modern engineering practices, and connect engineering decisions to measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in leadership, and experience with cloud-native architectures and GenAI applications. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Hands-on full-stack expertise (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js, React, Angular) on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with microservices, containers, serverless, and IaC.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and GenAI applications (RAG, agents, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails), plus GenAI tooling such as Kiro and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong consultative and communication skills: executive presence, leading client workshops and briefings, and problem-discovery that connects delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Proven people leadership: coaching engineers, managing conflicts, and delivering in Agile environments; willing to travel 0-30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements with high-quality outcomes and long-term relationships.
• Align execution to business value, manage risks, and provide clarity in complex situations.
• Guide architecture, design, and adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, and GenAI practices.
• Stay close to the work by overseeing engineering quality and delivery readiness.
• Serve as an engagement executive when needed to provide senior-level oversight on key engagements.
