Job summary

Presidio is seeking a proactive Multi-Cloud Operations Senior Engineer to support AWS, Azure, and future GCP initiatives within our Managed Services team. You will diagnose issues, optimize infrastructure, and drive automation using AI-powered tools to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, effective stakeholder communication, and building scalable, AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate resolutions. Remote, US-based with light travel.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years troubleshooting and managing core cloud services in AWS and Azure.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
