Job summary

Presidio, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on product engineering team delivering AI-enabled, cloud-native software for client engagements.

You will own delivery excellence, build consultative engineers, and connect every engagement to measurable business outcomes. You will guide architecture, run practice operations, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and architects with immigration and compliance in mind, while promoting continuous learning and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Hands-on full-stack expertise (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js, React, Angular) plus data technologies (SQL, Spark, Databricks) on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and GenAI applications (RAG, agents, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails).
• Strong consultative and communication skills: executive presence, leading client workshops, and connecting delivery to business outcomes.
• Proven people leadership: coaching engineers, managing conflict, and delivering in Agile environments.
• Willingness to travel 0-30% as engagement needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements with high-quality outcomes and trusted relationships.
• Own engagement success by aligning execution to business value and managing risks.
• Provide clarity during complex or high-pressure situations to enable delivery.
• Guide architecture, design, and adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, and GenAI practices.
• Serve as an engagement executive for key client engagements as needed.
• Align talent and resources to engagements based on skills and client needs.
• Support staffing plans, performance development, and career growth across the team.
• Contribute to practice growth through operational inputs, thought leadership, and market positioning.
