Lockheed Martin is seeking a seasoned leader to manage Mission Planner engineering teams in the Mount Laurel, NJ area. You will guide cross-disciplinary groups responsible for design, development, integration, and deployment of critical Mission Planner capabilities for the U.S.

Navy and MDA, with emphasis on cost, schedule, and staffing. You will mentor engineers, drive engagement, and partner with program leadership to ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining required security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years experience, or 5+ years with a master’s degree.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience with 6+ engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of cross-functional Agile teams.
• Lead project planning, cost estimation, and resource planning.
• Interface with engineer and program leadership; manage risks and opportunities.
• Support BOE development and earned value management.
