Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical degree with 14 years of professional experience; OR 12 years with related Master’s degree.
• Experience leading diverse teams to design, develop, produce, sustain, and evolve complex mission solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical talent and capabilities across a global portfolio of deployed systems.
• Build and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide resources and training.
• Develop engineering plans, schedules, and performance metrics to drive cost, schedule, and tech performance.
• Champion best practices, drive process improvements, and leverage MBSE, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Support business growth through technical solutions and transition planning.
