Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Valley Forge, PA, is seeking an experienced Full Spectrum Leader to oversee 7–12 engineers across the Mission Planner Module and Radar Control Processor portfolios. You will direct systems and software engineering, drive roadmaps, and ensure high‑quality delivery for radar modeling, scene construction, and signal processing in simulation environments.

You will lead technical reviews, develop staffing plans, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners to advance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software, Systems, Integration & Test engineering experience.
• Demonstrated informal or formal leadership of small, high‑performing engineering teams, integrated events, or demonstrations.
• Familiarity with radar modeling, signal processing, and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the systems and software engineering efforts of the Mission Planner Module (MPM), delivering high performance and mature requirements, test procedures, and C++ software for radar modeling and processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute roadmaps across engineering teams, identifying resource and capability needs.
• Participate in technical reviews to foster a continuous improvement mindset and strengthen artifact quality.
• Ensure engineering processes, personnel, and design tools are applied and managed.
• Provide technical leadership of portfolio tasking from development through on‑site demonstrations.
