Job summary

Applied Resource Group seeks a Director of Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement across the facility. You will drive improvements in equipment reliability, capacity, and OEE while leading hands-on maintenance teams on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, and TPM programs.
• Experience improving equipment reliability, capacity, and OEE metrics.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, and plant improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate processes, equipment performance, and facility systems for optimization.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, specs, and maintenance procedures.
• Lead equipment modifications, line improvements, automation initiatives, and process optimization.
• Support new equipment selection, installation, commissioning, validation, and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to improve throughput and product consistency.
• Develop equipment layouts and maintain engineering records.
