Job summary

PwC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in our Advisory practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives. You will coordinate end-to-end technology programs, mentor teams, and drive delivery across cross-functional engineering efforts to meet client expectations.

You will oversee strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and enterprise application integration, leveraging platforms like Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems, with strong emphasis on ATDD and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in Engineering Program Management.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities and manage full project lifecycle.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop scalable software and microservices.
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD and development frameworks to improve quality and speed.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities and promote innovative methodologies.
• Support engagement team management by addressing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Understand and leverage knowledge in AI and emerging technologies
