Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum years of experience in Engineering Program Management
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering/program management

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery aligned to client requirements.
• Develop project plans and manage the full lifecycle to drive impactful outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and improve processes.
• Oversee the integration of enterprise apps using platforms such as Appian, Mendix, OutSystems.
• Apply languages such as Java, Python, SQL, .NET, C# to build scalable solutions.
• Enforce ATDD, CI/CD, and modern development frameworks to boost quality and speed.
• Coach junior staff and support engagement team management in process improvements.
• Support knowledge of AI and emerging technologies in projects.
