Job summary

PwC is seeking a senior leader in software and product innovation to join its Scaled Engineering Services and Advisory practice in the United States. You will drive end-to-end software initiatives, mentor teams, and align delivery with client objectives.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams using modern languages and CI/CD practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. A strong Agile background with PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering product management.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 certifications.
• Experience applying ATDD and CI/CD practices to improve software quality, release speed, and delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#.NET) and application frameworks.
• Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture to enable interoperability and business agility.
• Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to confirm alignment with industry standards and engagement goals.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capability in product strategy, engineering discipline, and project management.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance, user experience, and business impact.
