Job summary

PwC seeks experienced professionals to drive software and product innovation within its Scaled Engineering Services and Advisory practices. You will lead end-to-end technology initiatives, coordinate engagement teams, and deliver scalable solutions using modern languages and APIs.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, defining product roadmaps, and guiding junior staff while maintaining high standards of integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. 12+ years of experience indicated.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall; PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 certifications favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#.NET) and application frameworks.
• Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture to enable interoperability and business agility.
• Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to confirm alignment with industry standards and engagement goals.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capability in product strategy, engineering discipline, and project management.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance, user experience, and business impact.
