Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking an experienced Engineering Product Manager to lead software and product innovation within the Advisory practice. You will design, code, test, and deliver cutting-edge applications, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-grade IT solutions.

You will own engagement relationships, mentor junior staff, and advance CI/CD, API integrations, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive engineering product management experience.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering product management.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall with PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives.
• Own engagement relationships and translate business objectives into product roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional teams using modern languages and architectures.
• Oversee API integration and microservices to enable interoperability.
• Establish project plans, estimates, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity.
